FROM CAGLIARI (ELMAS AIRPORT)
Scenic route by the sea

Take the SS 554 and follow the signs for Quartu S.E – Villasimius. At the end of the SS 554 follow the signs for Villasimius and continue on the SP 17 until Terra Mala; follow the signs for Costa Rei, turning left. You will find yourself on a road that acts as a “slip road” to the junction of the new SS 125 towards Muravera; drive along it and at the exit of the last tunnel you will find the first exit for Costa Rei (don’t take it!), continue until the next exit Costa Rei – Olia Speciosa. Continuing in the direction of Capo Ferrato you will find yourself on the SP 97; after about 1 km you will find the first junction for Costa Rei (don’t take it!) continue for about 5 km and on your right you will see the signs for Costa Rei. From this point the Hotel-Restaurant IL VASCELLO is about 2.5 km away on Via Ichnusa – Rei Marina.

FROM CAGLIARI (PORT)
Scenic route by the sea

Follow the signs towards Villasimius. You will drive along the whole coastline of the Poetto seafront when you find yourself on the SP 17 as far as Terra Mala; follow the signs for Costa Rei, turning left. You will find yourself on a road that acts as a “slip road” to the junction of the new SS 125 in the direction of Muravera, follow it, at the exit of the only tunnel you will find the first exit for Costa Rei (don’t take it!), continue until the next exit Costa Rei – Olia Speciosa. Continuing in the direction of Capo Ferrato you will find yourself on the SP 97; after about 1 km you will find the first junction for Costa Rei (don’t take it!) continue for about 5 km and on your right you will see the signs for Costa Rei. From this point the Hotel-Restaurant IL VASCELLO is about 2.5 km away on Via Ichnusa – Rei Marina.

From Cagliari Elmas Airport – State internal road 125

Coming from the SS 131 that you reach from the airport or coming from Porto Torres, take the ring road towards Villasimius – Olbia. At a certain point you will find signs for the SS 125 for Olbia – Muravera, take this road and continue for about 50 km in the direction of Muravera. Once in San Priamo, turn right towards Castiadas-Capo Ferrato – Costa Rei and continue until Olia Speciosa. Continuing in the direction of Capo Ferrato you will find yourself on the SP 97; after about 1 km you will find the first junction for Costa Rei (don’t take it!) continue for about 5 km and on your right you will see the signs for Costa Rei. From this point the Hotel-Restaurant IL VASCELLO is about 2.5 km away on Via Ichnusa – Rei Marina.

Note: there are a lot of bends but the road is quite smooth and scenic. Especially recommended at weekends
